Week 1
Find what's broken
- A plain-English check of your site on a real phone and a laptop: what loads slowly, what's cut off, which links go nowhere.
- A look at your Google Business Profile, your reviews and how you show up for the searches your customers use.
- You get a one-page list of what we'll fix, in order.
- Nothing changes until you say yes.
Weeks 2 and 3
Fix it
- Every page works on a phone.
- Broken links, missing page titles and descriptions, and out-of-date notices get fixed.
- A Recent Jobs or gallery page, built from your own photos, so people see real work before they call.
- Your phone number is tap-to-call on your site, and your quote form is easy to find on every page.
- Your Google Business Profile gets tidied: categories, service area, hours and photos.
Week 4
Measure it
- We connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics, if they aren't already set up.
- You get a short report: what we changed, before and after screenshots, and your starting numbers.
- Those starting numbers are what we compare against from then on.
It's all in your name.
Your site, your domain, your logins and your Google accounts stay yours.
We only ever have user access. If we stop working together, nothing has to be handed back.
Your part is small.
Send us photos of your jobs. Give us access to your site and Google accounts.
We do the work. You approve the list in week 1 and look over the report in week 4.
